The project has threefold objectives:
1. Farmer plots are demarcated and each farmer household has a valid traditional land certificate for the plot issued by the village registration office.
2. Ward resource centers are established and furnished, proving small farmers with accessible information about national policies and laws affecting them
3. The small holder farmers have sufficient understanding of the national governance policy program (Development vision 2025) have formed an opinion regarding the program and defend their opinions during discussion and lobbying activities
The has started facilitating provision of customary land title deeds to about 700 small holder farmers in Namtumbo, Mbinga and Songea Rural Districts in Ruvuma Regions.
